Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Denmark has unveiled Capego Practice Management, a cloud-based solution aimed at enhancing the operational efficiencies of tax and accounting firms.
The new platform integrates various functionalities such as client data management, task execution, invoicing, and compliance within a single system.
According to Wolters Kluwer, the release of Capego Practice Management marks an expansion of the existing Capego suite, which offers cloud-native features that support accounting, auditing, and tax professionals.
This introduction is based on the capabilities of CCH iFirm, another global cloud-based software by Wolters Kluwer, which aims to streamline workflows and foster collaboration.
A key feature of Capego Practice Management is its capacity to offer a comprehensive view of assignments, deadlines, and resources. This is intended to assist firms in improving operational transparency while enhancing client collaboration.
The solution offers several integrated modules designed to work seamlessly together. These include tools for closing books, managing taxes, implementing e-signatures, and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
The platform ensures that these elements are tightly connected to support industry-standard practices efficiently, said Wolters Kluwer.
Security and scalability are highlighted as core components of the new platform. It is engineered to accommodate firms of varying sizes while providing secure access and readying them for future challenges.
Additionally, a centralised client database allows firms to make informed decisions by offering a holistic view of clients and projects.
Capego Practice Management targets both new clients seeking a modern digital platform and existing customers transitioning from on-premise systems. For these users, it promises continuity in familiar tools with added flexibility through cloud integration.
Wolters Kluwer vice president and Europe region north tax and accounting general manager Stefan Wahle said: “Capego Practice Management represents a major leap forward in how tax and accounting firms can operate in today’s digital-first world.
“By bringing together client collaboration, task management, compliance, and invoicing into one fully integrated platform, we’re helping firms work smarter, stay compliant, and deliver exceptional service—now and into the future.”
