RightRev, an automated revenue management platform, has concluded a $13m Series A funding round, boosting its overall funding to more than $31m.

The round was co-led by Cheyenne Ventures and Innovius Capital, with notable contributions from previous investors such as Norwest Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures, and Snowflake Ventures.

The influx of capital is set to enhance RightRev’s position in the automated revenue management sector, particularly as demand increases amid the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

Innovius Capital CEO and founding partner Justin Moore said: “As finance operations modernise, the demand for intelligent automation in revenue systems is accelerating.

“RightRev transforms revenue recognition from a compliance burden into a source of insight and competitive advantage. With strong enterprise adoption, seamless integrations and a category-defining product, RightRev is poised to become the core system of record for revenue in the AI-powered enterprise.”

With the new funding, RightRev plans to accelerate product development, expand its market presence, and grow its partner network.

The company aims to address the surging demand for automated revenue solutions by embedding AI capabilities within its platform. These enhancements are designed to streamline configuration processes, automate error detection, and improve data processing efficiency at scale.

RightRev’s platform supports businesses adapting to new pricing models such as on-demand and consumption-based frameworks. It automates compliance with revenue recognition standards ASC 606 and IFRS 15, offering valuable insights into both current and future financial performance.

The company intends to broaden its market expansion efforts by scaling operations in sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Its deep integration with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and compatibility with various Order-to-Cash platforms position it well for finance teams navigating shifts towards intelligent revenue infrastructures.

Established in 2020, RightRev has developed an automated revenue management solution to assist businesses in streamlining operations and recognising revenue accurately.

The platform also enables efficient reporting and analysis of compliance requirements with established standards. It caters to both large enterprises and growth-stage companies across multiple industries.

RightRev CEO and founder Jagan Reddy said: “Revenue management is no longer a back-office function—it’s a strategic capability.

“AI is enabling entirely new business models, from on-demand, consumption-based and outcome-driven, that create massive complexity in how companies recognize revenue. RightRev was purpose-built to handle this shift.

“With this funding and the backing of world-class investors, we’re doubling down on our mission to deliver speed, accuracy and intelligence to revenue teams around the world.”
