Quantel Asset Management and Sincere Syndication have announced a strategic partnership to enhance cross-border investment opportunities between the US and India.

The collaboration aims to provide different global assets to its clients, including non-resident Indians (NRIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and global family offices.

It will combine the strengths of both firms, Quantel’s AI-driven wealth advisory capabilities with Sincere Syndication’s expertise in India’s private market ecosystem.

The partnership will allow Quantel’s US clients with access to Sincere’s Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

It also provides insights into India’s dynamic market, which is projected to become the fourth-largest economy by 2025, according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

In addition, Sincere Syndication’s clients in India and abroad will benefit from Quantel’s AI-powered platform.

The platform offers personalised US-compliant asset allocation, tax and estate planning, and real-time portfolio intelligence, providing a structured entry into the complex US markets.

Key highlights of the partnership, which is currently active, include integrated advisory services for globally mobile investors.

It also includes a combination of Quantel’s predictive analytics with Sincere’s India-focused research and portfolio execution.

The partnership is spearheaded by Quantel Asset Management CEO Shyam Sreenivasan and Sincere Syndication founder Sivaramakrishnan R.

Shyam Sreenivasan said: “This collaboration allows us to provide US clients with credible access to India’s growth potential, while empowering Indian investors with structured, compliant access to U.S. markets.”

Sivaramakrishnan said: “Quantel’s tech-first approach makes global investing safer and more transparent for our investors. Together, we can offer a full-spectrum solution across geographies, regulation, and asset classes.”
