Liberate has announced an integration with Snapsheet, enabling insurance providers to implement artificial intelligence (AI)-powered claims automation without additional technical development.
The partnership combines Liberate’s cloud-based conversational voice AI with Snapsheet’s claims management platform to offer pre-built functionality for automating the first notice of loss (FNOL), status updates, and documentation requests.
The integration allows Snapsheet users to activate Liberate’s capabilities directly within their existing claims processes. This includes 24/7 voice-driven service without wait times, reducing the need for manual intervention in repetitive claims handling tasks.
According to the companies, the combined platform can go live within four weeks.
The plug-and-play nature of the solution means insurers can offer a fully automated claims experience without writing code or increasing staff. Core functions such as FNOL intake, claim tracking, and compliance monitoring are now accessible through a single unified interface, designed to reduce operational costs and enhance customer engagement.
Liberate CEO and co-founder Amrish Singh said: “Liberate exists to help insurers break free from the inefficiencies and rising costs of manual work and deliver 5-star service at a fraction of the cost.
“Together with Snapsheet, we’re giving insurers the ability to transform claims operations—within days, not months—and delight customers with always-on, conversational AI that gets things done.”
Branch Insurance, which already uses Snapsheet’s technology, has adopted Liberate’s AI integration for its digital FNOL reporting system. The insurer has reported a 65% adoption rate for the new voice-automated system, alongside a 70% reduction in related operational costs.
The voice AI system runs in a secure cloud environment and supports lines including auto, home, small business commercial, and workers’ compensation insurance. It can be configured to align with carrier-specific branding and compliance requirements while maintaining a human-like interaction experience for policyholders.
Snapsheet, a provider of digital claims solutions, said that the integration would extend the company’s ability to offer scalable, flexible claims handling tools across the insurance sector. It also aligns with broader industry goals of reducing processing times and enhancing policyholder communication.
The companies confirmed that no development work is needed by insurers to implement the solution, which aims to provide scalability without extensive IT involvement. Liberate’s accelerators are pre-configured to support high-volume claim types and are customisable to individual business rules and jurisdictional regulations.
Snapsheet business operations manager David Beck said: “Liberate is a great, natural fit for Snapsheet’s ecosystem considering we share a common vision and Liberate’s technology/solution possesses tremendous strength and utility.
“Also, Liberate’s impact is far reaching, which adds to the excitement since heightened experiences can be provided to policyholders, adjusters, vendors, and others.”
