Infosys has expanded its strategic partnership with Norway-based DNB Bank to expedite the bank’s digital transformation.

The collaboration will use Infosys’ services and platforms, including the Infosys Finacle platform, to advance DNB’s IT modernisation, improve resilience, and enhance customer experience.

Infosys will apply its domain expertise and next-generation technologies to boost DNB’s IT resilience and customer service capabilities.

The collaboration aims to deliver a comprehensive range of services and solutions that proactively mitigate risks and minimise disruptions, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Infosys will also modernise DNB’s legacy systems and processes in phases, across various functions, to enable more agile and personalised lending solutions for customers.
