Customer lifecycle intelligence (CLI) platform FullCircl has partnered with American financial technology company nCino to provide small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) lenders with data-driven experiences.
The collaboration will see FullCircl’s data capabilities combined with nCino’s cloud banking platform through application programming interface (API).
It will offer a fast, frictionless, and data-driven experience to financial institutions (FIs), which are looking to enhance the speed, efficiency, and profitability with which they acquire, onboard, and serve customers in the SME segment.
FullCircl channels and revenue partnerships director Stuart Boardman said: “Unmet needs are opportunities for new value creation.
“This partnership tackles head on the challenges financial institutions face in serving SME customers so that they can transform the lending experience and realise the vital value stream SME’s represent.”
Through the partnership, FullCircl and nCino aim to help financial institutions to optimise time to funding by eliminating onboarding times from weeks to minutes.
The parties will also support financial firms to mitigate risk by identifying issues and taking action faster.
Besides, the collaboration will help financial firms to minimise cost and fast track revenue growth.
nCino commercial and mortgage EMEA general manager Tom Byrne said: “We’re excited about our partnership with FullCircl, which gives financial institutions the flexibility and scalability they need to meet the unique needs of small businesses at every moment of their customer lifecycle.
“This partnership is intended to help ensure lenders have the data to fully understand their customers and provide them with the right information at the right time in their journey.”
In June 2023, nCino and Copado collaborated to provide financial institutions with DevOps tools. The companies planned to offer tools for continuous integration, non-stop delivery as well as automated testing of nCino features and functionality of the nCino cloud banking platform.
