Eurobank, a subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings, has entered into a multi-year partnership with technology consulting firm LTIMindtree to enhance banking operations and develop innovative IT services.

The collaboration was facilitated by Fairfax Digital Services.

As part of the partnership, Eurobank and LTIMindtree officially inaugurated a global delivery centre at LTIMindtree’s office in Pune, India.

The new facility aims to support Eurobank’s digital transformation strategy, driving technology modernisation and improving critical banking applications.

It is also expected to strengthen the bank’s operations across its subsidiaries and reinforce economic ties between Greece and India.

Eurobank international activities group chief operating officer and deputy CEO Stavros Ioannou said: “Partnering with LTIMindtree, in collaboration with Fairfax Digital Services, marks a significant milestone in this journey—strengthening our IT capabilities to meet evolving customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

LTIMindtree has also been appointed as the services partner for Eurobank Luxembourg’s Temenos implementation programme.

The company will provide maintenance, data migration, quality assurance, and post-production support services, contributing to the modernisation of Eurobank’s technology infrastructure in Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Greece.

The collaboration is expected to improve customer experience and operational efficiency by leveraging LTIMindtree’s advanced technology and data solutions.
