Digital transformation services and solutions provider Brillio has joined forces with Google Cloud partner to develop generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for financial services and healthcare sectors by utilising the latter’s AI capabilities.
Through the collaboration, the US-based company will also introduce innovative consulting services to support institutions to leverage generative AI in their businesses.
Besides, the partnership will extend Brillio’s potential to integrate generative AI into its customer experience, engineering and data offerings.
It will allow the firm’s clients to explore greater value by industrialising processes as well as decreasing time-to-market and cost-to-serve.
Backed by Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, Brillio’s generative AI solutions will allow financial services institutions to better comprehend loan applications, assist call center executives, provide investment advice and summarise portfolios efficiently.
Furthermore, the solutions will provide an extensive view of customer financial information, enabling financial services firms to provide new products and services, offer tailored customer experiences and diversify revenue streams.
