Account holder engagement technology firm Larky has extended its collaboration with end-to-end digital banking solutions provider Bankjoy to deliver the benefits of its nudge platform to all the clients of the latter.

The nudge platform is designed to provide customised turnkey push notification campaigns to the desired account holders.

Through their partnership, the US-based Larky and Bankjoy expect to improve the digital experience for account holders. 

Besides, the companies aim to enable financial institutions to engage proactively with their customers and provide them with customised services. 

For meeting the rising demand for seamless digital experiences, Larky and Bankjoy will combine their expertise in account holder engagement and advanced banking technology.

According to Larky, its nudge platform integrates with Bankjoy’s end-to-end digital banking platform, which includes mobile and online banking, online account opening, e-statements, and others. 

The nudge platform is said to complement Bankjoy’s digital banking portfolio by encouraging account holders to engage with the products and services that fit their specific financial requirements, straight from their mobile devices. 

Apart from that, the platform helps financial institutions to effectively communicate account updates, major operational information, significant product offerings, and local community news to account holders. 

By leveraging geolocation technology, the nudge platform’s push notifications are delivered at the optimal time, place, and setting to optimise engagement and cater to the needs of the account holders, said Larky.
