US-based digital banking provider Apiture has unveiled Fintech Connector, a new initiative designed to streamline the integration of fintech solutions with its digital banking platform.

Fintech Connector aims to help financial institutions adapt to the evolving demands of account holders by integrating fintech innovations without the need for custom solutions.

The initiative enables fintech partners to integrate with Apiture’s Consumer Banking and Business Banking solutions and deployment of services that align with their strategic goals.

In addition, it enables institutions to incorporate features developed in-house directly into the Apiture Digital Banking Platform.

Apiture COO Chris Cox said: “At Apiture, we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly deliver meaningful innovation to our clients.

“Fintech Connector complements our ongoing development efforts, providing a new way for banks and credit unions to tailor the digital banking experience to meet the needs of their communities.

“We are excited to offer this integration option that benefits both fintechs and financial institutions alike.”

Fintech Connector leverages an API-first approach to enhance platform capabilities while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Fintechs using the platform, which is now open to new partnerships, benefit from a single integration point and Apiture’s network of community bank and credit union clients.

InvestiFi, a digital investing provider, is the first partner to integrate through Fintech Connector.

The investing provider allows account holders to trade investments directly from their checking accounts, retaining deposits within banks and credit unions.

InvestiFi CEO Kian Sarreshteh said: “InvestiFi couldn’t be more excited to be the first fintech integrated to Apiture through its new Fintech Connector programme.

“With InvestiFi’s patent-pending Investing from Checking solution now integrated into Apiture’s online and mobile banking solutions, Apiture’s extensive ecosystem of banks and credit unions can drive new streams of non-interest income, deposit growth, and digital engagement.

“It’s been inspiring watching our teams collaborate to get an innovative product to market, and we are thrilled to have Apiture as a strategic partner for InvestiFi.”

In April this year, Citizens State Bank (CSB) partnered with Apiture to enhance its digital and mobile banking services for both consumer and business account holders. The bank will implement the Apiture Digital Banking Platform to strengthen its digital presence and support self-service capabilities.
