KPMG Ghana People Partner Colette Atsu-Djadou delivered the keynote address at the ceremony. Atsu-Djadou also pointed to the changing context in which accountants operate.

“Accountants today must do more than interpret numbers; they must provide insight and influence decisions at the highest levels.”
She said automation makes human judgement more valuable, arguing that as AI takes over routine tasks, integrity, ethical reasoning and professional trust will set accountants apart.
Founded in 1904, the ACCA has more than 240,000 members and 540,000 future members in more than 170 countries.
