US-based financial technology and services provider First Rate has partnered with Belgium-based fintech InvestSuite to integrate the StoryTeller solution into its Core 2.0 platform.

The collaboration aims to enhance client reporting through narrative-driven technology.

It will transform wealth management client communications by delivering story-based insights, moving beyond traditional data tables and charts.

The partnership builds on InvestSuite’s involvement in The Founders Arena, where First Rate is a corporate sponsor.

It combines First Rate’s performance reporting and calculation engine with InvestSuite’s advanced narrative reporting solution, StoryTeller, into First Rate’s platform.

First Rate Chief Product Officer Ahmad El-Katib said: “We’ve built this integration from the ground up to serve the modern wealth management client.

“StoryTeller enhances how firms communicate value to their clients, and we’re proud to partner with a forward-thinking company like InvestSuite to make that vision a reality.”

The collaboration addresses the increasing demand for personalised and intuitive insights among investors and enables them to provide dynamic, narrative-driven client reporting.

The API-first architecture ensures easy integration into investor portals or platforms.

Key aspects of the partnership include the full integration of StoryTeller into First Rate’s Core 2.0 platform, co-branded marketing efforts targeting existing clients and strategic partners.

Also, the alliance leverages First Rate’s data engine to maintain consistency between performance reports and StoryTeller outputs.

As the wealthtech sector evolves, the partnership is expected to position First Rate and InvestSuite at the forefront of innovation, offering engaging and future-ready tools.

InvestSuite Chief Executive Officer Bart Vanhaeren said: “Combining our storytelling technology with First Rate’s robust calculation engine unlocks powerful possibilities for advisors and investors alike.

“Together, we’re redefining what investor communication can look like.”
